Richmond serviced apartments are luxury apartments located in the heart of Dundee City Centre and benefit from all the amenities the City has to offer and are within walking distance of the Bus Station, Train Station and approximately three miles from Dundee Airport.

Our apartments are fully fitted and finished to a high standard. We have executive apartments, penthouse apartments and city living apartments spread over two separate buildings, Richmond House and Richmond Chambers, opposite each other in Commercial Street, Dundee.
Executive Apartments
The grace and charm of our original Executive Apartments continues to please new and returning guests alike. Accommodation comprises 2 large bedrooms, (1 en-suite), bathroom, large sitting room and dining kitchen. We have one Executive Apartment that comprises 3 bedrooms, (1 en-suite), bathroom, large sitting room with separate dining area and kitchen.
City-Living Apartments
Our individually designed City Living Apartments are the quintessential urban bolt-hole. Accessed via a state of the art chrome and wood-panelled lift, these apartments comprise 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Penthouse Apartments
Our fabulous Penthouse Apartments are accessed via a state of the art chrome and wood-panelled lift. These stunning apartments are arranged over the top floors of Richmond House and comprise 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), bathroom, mezzanine kitchen and large open plan lounge and dining area.

All of our executive apartments meet the requirements of the business executive. We provide free WiFi in all rooms and a welcome pack for your convenience. We shall endeavour to assist with any specific requirements you may have.
On arrival at your executive apartment you will be met by our friendly staff who will give you a guided tour of your accommodation and will also advise of the best places to eat and to be entertained while staying in Dundee.

With 9 years experience of listening to valued guests, we were given a blank canvas to create the perfect serviced apartment experience from scratch. During the planning and construction phases, every detail was carefully considered with the ultimate goal of creating the perfect atmosphere for guests.
The resultant Richmond House was officially opened in January 2012 and provides a product finished to breathtaking standards.
